Welcome to Vida Enterprise Corporation on-line ordering system. This website is meant to service our existing WHOLESALE customers so orders can be placed any time, anywhere. If you are a new customer, you'll need to create an account by filling out an application, faxing a copy of your business's resale's permit and a front-and-back copy of your personal ID (driver's license or passport) to (213) 626-6633, and creating a username and password. All accounts will have to be approved and activated by Vida Enterprise Corp. prior to granting access to the system.

Pricing

Most prices listed on the site are per dozen. The price tiers are quantity based, meaning the more you buy, the better price you get.

In order to ensure accuracy, we will call to confirm your order and payment prior to shipping the merchandise. This will also provide alternative payment and shipping options. At the time of the phone conversation, you may indicate your preferred way of shipping (UPS, trucking, or pick-up). We will then charge you the exact total amount, instead of charging excessive shipping fees.

There is a minimum of $200 per order, in-store and on-line; otherwise, you will be charged an additional 10% of the total amount.

Due to the complications of bra sizes, on-line orders for bras are limited to case purchase only. There are 20 dozens of single cup, assorted sizes in a case. In a case of B cup bra, for example (size ratio may vary), there are 5 dozens of 32B, 6 dozens of 34B, 5 dozens of 36B and 4 dozens of 38B. Details will be described as size ratio: 32B/34B/36B/38B: 5/6/5/4.

When placing an order for bra, please enter numbers in the increment of 20s (20, 40, 60, etc.) in the "order qty" box. If you wish to order in quantities other than by case, please call (213) 626-7755 during regular office hours to place an order with a sales rep instead.

Due to the complications of panty's sizes, on-line orders for panties are also limited to case purchase only. There are 24 dozens of assorted sizes in a case. Size ratio varies by designs, but will be indicated as S/M/L/XL: 5/8/7/4, for example.

When placing and order for panty, please enter numbers in the increment of 24 (24, 48, 60, etc.) in the "order qty" box. If you wish to order in quantities other than by case, please call (213) 626-7755 during regular office hours to place an order with a sales rep instead.

Bank-to-bank wire transfer is the safest, preferred way of payment. We accept wires at Cathay Bank and Bank of America. Please call (213) 626-7755 to obtain account information.

If you wish to pay by debit or credit cards, we ask that you fax us a front-and-back enlarged copy of your actual credit card and fill out a CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION VERIFICATION FORM with every single order. There is an additional 2% charge for all debit and credit card transactions.

All checks and money orders will be held between 5 and10 days for clearance prior to shipping out the merchandise. If the check bounced, an additional $20 handling fee will be charged. We do not accept personal check.

There is NO REFUND and NO EXCHANGE to all merchandise. We pick up and box all orders in front of a recording camera to ensure accuracy. In a slight chance of errors, we give you a 24-hour inspection period to check if quantity shipped matches the order amount. All orders should be shipped with insurance, as Vida Enterprise Corp. will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
